A couple of details about the team and how I propose to do things.
Game Time
The team will be run on the Club’s Fair Game Time Policy.

The Club policy is that all players receive fair playing time
Guidelines for fair playing time
- All players understand the team processes with relation to playing time
- All 6 - 10 year olds receive equal playing time for each game
- 11 years and up may have the fair playing time applied over the season
- at least 2/3 of playing time over the season
- at least 1/3 of any one game
- all players take a turn on the bench
- There are other exceptions to the equal playing time rule as follows:
• Some players may be given extra playing time because they are prepared to play positions the rest of the team are not interested in (e.g. goalie and full back)
• Coaches may give less playing time to players who fail to uphold team expectations
• Players who are not available for one or more games throughout the season- Premier League
- coaches will be able to answer questions from players or their parents about fair playing time
- variations to these guidelines as approved by the Committee
